Yeeeah, I'm going to have to give two thumbs up to this list! All good stuff that we all love!! (…and a couple new ones on the list that I didn't know…THANKS!)

FYI – Zendesk is cool and used it in the past for simple customer support…. but I hate to say that ditched it because we needed a bit more funct and went with the free help desk software option at Web Help Desk. Couldn't live without it! It's worth a peek. (ridiculously easy to install)
