As if there weren’t plenty of reason why the INDUCE Act is a dumb idea, how about the fact that their promotion of the jibjab.com Flash movie would constitute inducing, and make the TV Networks liable for millions of copyright infringements. Nice job, Senator Hatch….not only does your law completely shit on the citizens of this fine country, but also puts some of your biggest supporters, aka big business, at huge risk too.
What are the chances that someone might INDUCE this bill into the fire, so I don’t have to keep ranting about how insanely stupid it is, and how pathetic it makes our legislature seem?
