It would seem I am not the only one who has more than had their fill of "Vertigo":

"Inside word has it that the omnipresent U2/iPod “Vertigo” TV ad may be
causing an unusually high burn rate among radio and video audiences,
with researchers saying many people are already tired of hearing the
track. "Vertigo" is currently #1 at Alternative, is hanging around the
mid-teens at Hot AC and has yet to chart at Top 40."
