That being said, all this talk about the game industry being bigger than the movie industry [...]

The iPhone is coming! The iPhone is coming!

December 17, 2004

To update an earlier story about the Apple iPhone, it looks like the predictions were correct.  Forbes.com is reporting that Apple and Motorola are going to bust out an iPhone on us in early 2005.
Don’t tease me….this better be the real deal, and not some cheesy iTunes Music Store add-on.

Calling Karl Malone out

December 8, 2004

Ok, I’ll admit I’m not always a huge Simers supporter, but he definitely smacks Karl Malone and his blabbermouth agent Dwight "I’m only an agent b/c of Dennis Rodman" Manley with a 2×4 of logic and truth this morning:

I wouldn’t be surprised to learn later he used Bryant’s remarks as a way of getting out [...]

Damien Rice at the Troubadour

December 6, 2004

So I went into Saturday’s Damien Rice show at the Troubadour with moderate expectations.  I have enjoyed his latest CD, "O", quite a lot, and I have heard nothing but great things about his live performances.  And of course, the Troubadour is one of the best places in L.A. to check out an acoustic performance [...]

December 6, 2004

I posted a link to this story on TrojanWire, and noticed that I had to option to send a TrackBack ping.  When I checked the TrackBack URL, I found that it was:
http://proxy.espn.go.com/trackback/tb?id=1939802

So it would appear that ESPN.com is most definitely accepting TrackBacks.  Now, as for what they’re doing with them, perhaps that is [...]
