Seriously, how can this be legal?:

Thursday ruled that local governments may seize people’s homes and
businesses — even against their will — for private economic
development.
For once I can say, without question, that I agree with Justices Rehnquist, Thomas, AND Scalia.

This is not an expansion of eminent domain; it’s a systematic destruction of the individual by a society that’s far too drunk on benefitting the majority.
