Alaska Airlines: First we nearly kill you, then we trash talk you on your blog

I’ve got a tip for Alaska Airlines and their employees:

Spend more time on making sure your planes don’t have holes in them, and less time on the blogs of people who almost died on your hole-ridden planes.
