Yeah, for the record, I did not add the red circle + arrow; that was either Whitehouse.org or Wonkette’s doing.
I was just too lazy to search for a version without it.
But I think the card’s comedy for seeing all the family so long ago…I could care less if W smoked. I’m quite certain he did much worse, and that is FAR down the list of things I’d ever hold against him.

Come on, it’s just a freaking cigarette! I hate the guy, but so what if he smoked. It was the 70’s, everybody smoked!
